Outlook Mail Down, Sign In Problems

There are a few main problems when it comes to your beloved email service, one of the main issues is when trying to sign in and it will not allow you too. Another is when the servers go down completely and no access is available, and one of the main things mentioned from a user is, “Outlook won’t send emails but will receive.”
