    6 days have past and no reply to my email to them despite 24 hour reply statement. Still cannot get in so guess what? I’mgoing in to close the account down.

    I am Croydon and this has happened to me. Despite changing my security code it still rejects it although going to the bank the adviser can sign in. Nothing added to the PC and signing in worked up until last month ( August )Icurrently can see no way of resolving this issue so if I cannot I will probably have to cancel my account with Metrobank
