KCOM Internet Status

Are you having any problems at all with these KCOM Lightstream services Home, Plus, Xtra, XL, the bigger XL Unlimited, Ultrafast Xtra, Ultrafast XL, Ultrafast XL Unlimited. Or what about any other Broadband service KCOM has to offer?

No one likes the KCOM Internet status to be down, but sadly this does happen. Servers can go down from time to time, but other issues do occur such as slow Internet speeds, no connection at all, or login troubles.

If you are having KCOM login problems or any other mobile phone, broadband Internet, phone or TV service issues then please do report them here. Just let us know what your dilemma is, what location and what platform you are using being it laptop, PC or mobile device.

    If you don’t like their service, why don’t you register on the Cable my street site for the chance that Virgin Media might come here? Even if Virgin isn’t that good, at least it’ll provide some much-needed competition price wise for KCOM to do better; isn’t that in everyone’s best interest?

    KC internet is so slow even a sloth could move and grab data faster. I am in Hull and KC is the only provider.

    So so slow is out internet speed. Well internet slow because there is no speed in sight. Constant disconnection as well.
