    I’m having problems with the Clydesdale app since the last update I cannot log in it says my phone has incompatible settings. It’s an iPhone XS. Can’t use internet banking as it needs the mobile app to verify. Tried to use telephone banking to pay a bill but need to set up a payee which transfers me to the contact centre who is always experiencing high call volumes. Been holding all night. I guess I’ll have to find my cheque book to make this payment. After over 20 years banking with Clydesdale I’ve had enough and I have started the process to switch banks.

    Since the recent “update” I have not been able to login to my accounts. Using my security token leads me back to my customer number. This app has always been interesting to use but I have usually managed to log in on my Windows 10 PC.

    I live I Gourock .Scotland I I have been having big problems with logging in to my Clydesdale Current Account over the past two days .I logged in Successfully twice having been time out using my 10 digit password but on my third login attempt I was asked for the eleventh digit of my 10 digit password ?I cancelled and started again but was asked for 11 digit again.?I telephoned customer services who advised me they didn’t know how this had hardly it could my fault and that I had probably pure in the wrong customer number that I have memorized.She then take me throughout a process which I changed my password to an 8 digit password and I logon still on the phone to customer services and I.m then asked for the 16th digit off my new 8 digit password.?Then I’m told I will be sent an activation code to RE access my account in ten minutes which wasn’t sent at all.I mean come on
